- Delinquency Calendars are regularly scheduled at 1:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays at Juvenile Hall
- Dependency Calendars are regularly scheduled at 1:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Department 6

Access to Records
Only persons with a legal right to do so may receive information regarding juvenile cases, such as a parent or legal guardian of the minor. Juvenile matters require a personal appearance with proper photo identification. Information regarding Juvenile matters is confidential and cannot be given over the phone.
Juvenile Traffic
If you are under the age of 18 and have received a traffic citation, you will be notified by mail of your date and time to appear. At the time of hearing, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Typically, those hearings are held on Tuesday afternoons at the Criminal Courthouse. Citations issued for correctable violations can be handled by mail. You will receive notification of the due date and the amount of the fine that is owing.

Overview
San Joaquin Valley/Intercounty Transfer Protocol (Effective 10-3-2005/Amended 10-5-2009)
This Protocol was developed to assist jurisdictions in transferring the authority over juvenile delinquency and dependency cases from one county to another. The Protocol consists of procedures, rules and coordination tools that help court staff, probation officers and social workers to process these cases efficiently.
The following jurisdictions, including their Superior Court, Probation Department and Child Welfare Agency, have agreed to abide by the Protocol:

Record Sealing
Welfare and Institutions Code section 781 permits persons who acquired records as juveniles to petition the juvenile court to have those records sealed. Information and documents needed to initiate the record sealing process are available through the Napa Juvenile Probation Department at (707) 253-4361.
